NOTE: THE ANGELFISH YOU WILL GET IS A JUVENAL AND WILL ARRIVE YELLOW WITH BLACK DOT. AS THE FISH MATURES THE BLACK DOT WILL START TO COVER THE FISH LEAVING IT'S FACE YELLOW.
The Rock Beauty Angelfish's dietary requirement of sponges is difficult to sustain in a home aquarium. Vegetable matter such as marine algae and Spirulina, finely chopped meaty items, and high-quality angelfish preparations containing sponges should be included in their diet.
Their color changes from juvenal with a small black dot on the back of the body to an adult where the black dots has grown in size to almost encompass the entire fish. They spend most of their time swimming in between the crevasses and rock of your aquarium.
